Prepare the E-Bike
Ensure the bike is in its original condition, clean, and securely packed in the original manufacturer's box with all tools and manuals included.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided shipping label and drop your package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger cargo models.
Inspection and Refund
